I got the new series yesterday. Had time to watch B&G and Low Impact Circuit. Love what I saw of both. The music is great. The music is something I haven't liked with the first of Cathe's workouts I had gotten. But this is wonderful! I knew from the new online video viewer she has now I would probably like these. :) The set and outfits are cute too. (Both dvds did freeze once, but it wasn't too bad. And I hear they will send replacements later.)

I did B&G this morning, or what I could of it, oh man! Woowee! It is a good one!

I can't wait to see the rest. :7 Had to share my happiness.

Today, my rear is letting me know it got a good workout, inspite of my modifications. I could not do all the reps and did not have a barbell, but still! It is good pain, not killer, thank goodness.

I forgot to mention yesterday, when I did the workout for the first time, my legs felt like jello by the time the glute work was done. I had to go cook breakfast for my crew before tackling the ab section.

This is a great workout, and really so fun too. In the future I think I will choose one glute section and not both. Alternating the two on different days. I just couldn't resist trying them all the first go round. The ab section is great for anytime. I like to work my abs a little 6 days a week.

My rear is also telling me this morning that I got a good work out. I'm sure I'll be feeling this for a couple of days. I really like the floor work. Even though by that time "I was done with". But I pushed myself and got thru it. :)

Thanks, Angela! :) So far, this series has been so much fun! And I like how she encourages at just the right times. Just when I think, "I'll take it easy on this move," she says, "You can cheat here, but you're only cheating yourself." And I have to kick it into high gear again. LOL!

I Love B & G also. I've done it quite a few times already and everytime I totally feel worked out afterwards. Love all the new exercises they do target the right areas.
 
You are so right, Sundari. I am just loving the feeling of getting an effective workout. These exercises hit ya just where she says they will. She is very knowledgeable. I am so glad I have these. I am very new to Cathe, but am so impressed with her latest workouts. :)

Oh I can't wait to try these new workouts! I am currently 36 weeks preggo so no working out for me right now. I think there new workouts are gonna whip me back into shape in no time!

I took a peek at your album. You look cute preggo! I think I looked like I swallowed an exercise ball when expecting.
 
I had the chance the other day to do the entire B&G workout. Usually, I do a premix or mix and matched some segments. Let me tell you, three days later, I am still feeling the DOMS in my abs, especially my obliques! That is a killer workout, as is. I remember thinking before I did it that I wished the ab segment was longer, and the leg segment shorter, but it still manages to get you in the abs. It's really quite amazing. My kudos to Cathe for another great workout! :)
 
I just have to say again this workout makes other workouts obsolete. Cathe spoils us with such good effective workouts.
 
I am SO glad to hear that someone else cannot do all the reps! I don't post very often because I'm intimidated reading what other exercisers can do.
I too very much enjoy the workout. I did it in its entirety once and could hardly stand upon finishing. Afterwards I did GS back, bi's and shoulders and during the warm up could hardly lift my legs. LOL.

I hear ya, Jules! :) That's another thing so nice about this series. She has it available in chapters and premixes, so many wonderful options! I can pick and choose what I want to do. :) I love that! Glad so many are enjoying these too.
