Losing weight during recovery week

I'm on recovery week after Meso 1 and I've lost another pound since Sunday. I've only done 1 workout which was Turbokick Rd. 35 plus the non-weighted leg conditioning drills from STS disc 3 & 6. I did that Sunday. I haven't worked out since because I missed a step going down the stairs in the dark the other day and bashed my ribs against the rail. I don't think I fractured them (I fractured 2 ribs 13 years ago and you know it when that happens ) but I'm sore enough to not want to work out. I'm hoping to start Meso 2 this Sunday so I'm taking it easy. Anyway back to topic...I've lost another pound and a tiny amount of inches since Sunday. This is too weird. I'm lov'in STS. I may never go back to other workouts!!
Anyone else lose weight during recovery week?
 
I lost quite a bit of weight during the first recovery week (about 4 pounds). Some of it was just fluid that my muscles were storing since I gained 1-1/2 of it back (and very quickly) after I started up again. I lost nothing during Meso 1 and about a pound in Meso2. I just finished up week 3.

I'm going start Meso 2 on Monday, I think I lost 2 pound over the recovery week,I did
Mon. gym Elliptical 60 min
thus.core Ab circuits
wend.gym run 60 min
Thur.core ab circuit
frid.gym run 60 min
and tomorrow Saturday I want to do core again, and I'm ready for Monday...
I used to weigh my self early morning and I was 126 now 124 I want to get 118. But you know that when I train heavy I get so hungry oh MG....
What I'm going to do is a diet that I found on Oxygen, magazine it look pretty good to me now I just need to get my protein for next week....
 
I lost 3 pounds during the recovery week b/t meso 1 & meso 2. However 2lbs have come back since beginning Meso 2; but my inch loss has been maintained. So, it's clear that the fat is coming off & hopefully muscle is what is sticking around! :)
 
I always shift up a pound or two when I significantly increase strength training intensity, and down a pound or two when I take a break. I can also see the shift on the hydration/muscle mass measurements on my Tanita scale.

With STS the slight bump up disappeared rather quickly and since then I've been stable at my original weight (though reducing in body fat) ever since. (I've planned my eating around a stable weight and body fat reduction, so this is what I'd hoped would happen). Rest week starts for me soon!
