Looking to Join a Check-In

Hello All,

I need to lose 20lbs and one of the things that I think may help (thank you Cathy) is to either subscribe to one of your check-ins or start a new one.

I thought I'd tell you what I'd like to do and see if any of your groups match my goals.

Ultimately, I want to get as close as possible to Cathe's figure. I have to lose my fat and replace it with muscle. I'm not a runner (haha) and don't have access to a gym. Most of my exercise is done via DVD. I do take one step class, but that is done through a community center. My biggest challenge is clean eating...heck, eating healthy period.

I need a group that will challenge me yet still provide support. I'm willing to work hard, but I really need the support.

If this looks anywhere close to your group, please let me know!!

PS...I did gym style back/shoulds/biceps and core max complete core today.
 
Hi Cheryl!

Well the Clean Eating check-in sounds like one check-in that you might want to consider. There is also the Daily Check-In which is a general work out check-in that does not focus on any one particular type of exercise.

I have to agree with Wendy that the Clean Eating Check-In and the Daily Check-In sound like they would be the best fit for you:)

You are welcome to join us (Deanie's Check-In). There are only 4 of us. Together, we decide which rotation we will be doing for the month and then check-in each day. One lady is completing p90x this week and then will be doing the same as we are next week. I am trying to lose about 5 lbs., but I think the others are just maintaining. Monday we will start Fitness Freak's Get Ready for Summer Rotation. We would love to have you join us.

Hey Gin,

That would be great! What do you guys do for workouts? I am wondering if I need to have certain DVDs or if this is just a fitness free for all.

Also, has a topic started for 'Deanie's Check-in' yet? Guess I can go look too..:+

Anyway, I'm up for joining!! Just let me know if there is anything specific I need.
