Looking for the best possible subsitution for ....

the PS series, I was planning on ordering these when I ordered the Hardcore series but decided to wait and see if the new strength workouts would be comparable.

For now though I would really like to see what would be the best possible sub for the PS in chapters ...such as if I want to do just chest, shoulders and triceps would it be the S&H series or PUB instead or any other workout Cathe has. I pretty much have all of the workouts except for the PS series and the last ones that came out.

I ended up doing S&H for chest, shoulders and tri's yesterday but it was over an hour long, really didn't want to go over 60 minutes due to time constraints and was hoping somebody here can give me some really good subs for the PS....anyone? Please?

Do you have MIS? This might help. You can alternate upper and lower body or do the whole workout. You can always add on PLB stability ball for floor work on the lower body day.
 
My vote is also for MIS....or maybe PowerHour....S & H is a time hog but a good workout....:)...Carole
 
I gained a lot of strength and endurance doing the SS blasts and the Push Pull 3 sets in a split. None are as slow as S&H. I love that one but it is time consuming. PS has longer repetitions for each set than the Pyramids. In fact I did the CTX leaner legs this afternoon and thought it felt to easy. I went back and looked at my logs and found I was using the same weightsas used months ago. Next time I will have to raise them. I have been using mainly SS, PP, & SH., SS & PP as split routines(upper & lower). I do go heavier on most exercises though.
