And to think, we are speaking the same language here!!!!!!
Oh, and by the way, I never said I don't think spirituality is as important as physical health. But I disassociate spirituality from organized religion. Spirituality is a very personal thing. For me it strikes rarely, in those moments of sheer perfection when hiking and camping with my family, sitting high on a rock in the Grand Tetons in Wyoming or from some peak in Montana's Glacier National Park (quite possibly my favourite place on the entire planet), and gazing down from the heights we have ascended to, with a huge great sky up above. I experience moments of happiness all year round, but this is more akin to "bliss." And at such times, I wish I could never leave that spot, that moment. It is pure peace for the soul. That's my spirituality.

I agree with you to an extent that we should be allowed to express our opinions on open forums. However, where I disagree is where it is done.
Cathe doesn't want her forum turning into a political or religious "nut" forum for lack of a better way of putting it. I am not saying you are a religious or political nut--I don't even know which thread got locked because I don't come here every 5 minutes like I used to (really, I used to).
Anyway, I wanted to give you an outlet for discussing stuff that Cathe doesn't want us discussing... www.mindundermuscle.com is a great free, members only forum where anything & everything is discussed. It is a fitness forum but has a much more free open forum & even has a "sauna" for heated or controversial discussions. I've been a member there for 2 years & absolutely love the openess of it.
Since this is Cathe's forum, I think her wishes to the content of thread should be respected. I would hate to see you get banned because of a silly disagreement.
