It was the first Cathe workout that I ordered, and I loved it so much that I did it three times in a row one week.
 
Me too! The cardio is so fun. Keep doing it 3 times a week with others and you'll weigh less than that 125 it says on your ticker!;-)
 
I just did my Lomax yesterday and agree with you 100%!! It was intense--really tough on the legs. I'm having a little trouble with some of the steps but I'll get it, eventually. ;-)
