LMR2 Premix Requests for DVDs

That would be great to have premixes that are not longer than 20 minutes. It would make it more usable to tack it on after my main workout if my total workout time slot is not more than one hour. I'd probably use the series even more.
 
The titles in LMRE look like they might work uniquely when added on in 15-20 minute range to Cathe's other series.

I have a premix request - would be nice if you'd make some pre-mixes with your bonus content (if you're including some), that thread the bonus content in through the main workout.

Instead of a premix of Main Workout + Bonus + Stretch, do something like Main Workout sections A-C + Bonus sections 1-3 + Main Workout sections D - F + Bonus sections 4-6 + Stretch.

For example, I'd love to sprinkle in the "blast" sections from ICE's Blizzard Blasts in between the main workout as sort of mini-blasts, instead of one continuous 10-15-minute blast only that either shows up at the beginning or end of the workout (would like smaller bites of it to work in, instead.)

Don't know if that makes any sense at all. Fingers crossed this is considered.
 
Are you talking about the bonus weight download content?

Or the cardio bonuses that are part of the LMRE release?
I'm talking about her usual bonuses included with most of her workouts - not the free separate bonuses she's releasing for the people who purchased the LMRE pre-sale.

So in this case with the new series, it would be her cardio bonuses.

Cathe has a few workouts (RWH's UB workouts come to mind) where she subs in a core exercise from the Bonus Core for the Finishers in the main routine in a Premix. In P30 weight workouts (i think) she has a premix the slips in the bonus exercises into the main workout.
Yes, I don't have her whole P30 set, except the yoga/mobility one, and that one does do something like what I'm asking where a couple of the premixes thread in the bonus ab section throughout the workout, instead of only tagging it on at the end.

Actually, if premises for the core and balance work were closer to 10 minutes, rather than 20 minutes, I'd likely use it more regularly. Doing a balance workout that's 10 minutes two or three times a week would be better than a 20 minutes once every week or two....for me personally anyway.

I'd like the flexibility and mobility workouts to also include Timesavers of around 10 minutes or so. That would make them more available as an Add-on after a main workout. Thanks for considering!

Reading all requests, I burst into laugh and got inspired to make my own premixes offline.... From free LMR2 FREE bonus. #No dilution for me.

No premix request from me and it's all good.

I would love the cardio bonuses on the weight workouts. Love to add cardio to weights.
That's an interesting thought. Are you thinking circuit premixes, or shortened weight workouts to be ~50/50, or used as an Add-on? I was kinda thinking she'd put them with the non-weight workouts as there's 4 of them & I suspect those will be shorter than the 3 weight workouts. Guess time will tell. My preference would have been for the 4 cardio to be on one dvd as a bonus - that's the dvd I'd probably purchase for sure. But that won't be happening ... hmmm ... maybe I could purchase them as downloads separately post-production - that's something I may consider if we decide against the full series.

Understand. I just got mine after holding out for years. I totally get it. That's just the first thing that popped to my mind when I read it. No disrespect meant.
There's no harm in expressing an opinion. One should not be regretful/ apologetic for that.

There is no point in taking facts too personally. The blender is a product to be purchased or to be left.

That said, there are offline resources to use in order to concoct, cut, chop various contents to make it one's "modified" premix ☺️. Those tools and resources have been discussed in the past here in this forum. Check out *" where is the workout blender"* thread to learn how to chop download. One could literally REdo the editing using VLC. Those tools are FREE!
Once the download is sold, you do YOU! YOU include chopping those chapter to match personal intensity taste.

No need to give in the FOMO syndrom.
