LMR Elevated 2

What is interesting is that, although the bonuses were not intended as part of the elevated series, they will be included in one of the rotations listed in the coming guide. This means they are a valid and useful option for those who want the functionality with keeping up the strength. You can not, however, lift more than your body manages to do in a safe way! Thanks Cathe!
Oh! I love that there will be a rotation including the heavy bonus workouts. I've lost my mojo and have not worked out for a week. I plan to start tomorrow with one of the total body workouts from STS 2 then every other day do one of the bonus workouts.

I am recovering from being sick, and I'm so frustrated. I'd been working so hard most of the year to get back into working out. I was maybe mid-intermediate for strength training. I was sick off and on for a month, and I can't believe how far I backslid. I finally did a VERY short and what would normally be an easy workout for me (just the STS standing abs and only the strength part of LMRs upper and lower body foam rolling bonus). It was 20 - 25 minutes, and it was almost too much for me. I waited 2 more days, and finally tried Cathe's Total Body Sculpting (beginner workout), and it took everything in me to complete it. It was disheartening, and my mojo has taken a major hit (as well as my pride lol). Your mojo will come back when you pick up those weights. You have a plan, and your body will remind you how good it feels to lift. You've got this. :)

My joints and my back have been telling me I need to get moving, but my body evidently isn't ready recovered enough yet, so I'm going to give it another day or two and then try yoga. It looks like I might be starting from scratch, so I'm hoping to find something that I can do to get my mojo back. Then, I'll work to get the strength back.

Cathe uses max 25 lbs in the inwaiting bonus workouts which is less than 12 kg in metric measures. If you really want to lift heavy, follow the IRON series of the brutal Irish Caroline Girvan on youtube:
she lifts up to 40 kg, more than 88 lbs, and recommends us doing that! But it is actually a very good series to train how to lift, slowley and in good form!
Thanks for sharing!
