Ok, I am confused, what is the hi/low sections mentioned above, I thought it was
All low impact, except for the added high impact blasts and/or Calorie Crushes,
To add on...I know I am just misunderstanding something....

Hi/lo doesn't mean high impact in this case, it just refers to the "style" of the aerobics used.

Hey Linda! Maybe it means high intensity (but still low impact) mixed with some easier moves. Like in Afterburn. Ramp it up then do a recovery move. Sound good? I’m totally guessing here.....

I always thought it was 'old school aerobics' style with combos (see the girls clapping in the photo?) and sections that are can include some high intensity (using at least 75% heart capacity).
In other words, fun and time passes by!! :D

Hi aqua girl, "hi/lo" is really just a term that refers to the "style" of the aerobics and not the "impact" of the cardio. Cardio Party is a low impact routine.

As I mentioned in another thread, it's usually the type of cardio that I least enjoy. We used to just call it plain old "aerobic exercise" back in the day. Not sure why they called it "High Low" back then. All I know is that didn't like all the jumping around, swinging my arms and kicking while yelling "woo!" I did it but put most of that behind me once I got my step.

I'm hoping I'll like it low impact and Cathe-fied. There seems to be a good variety so I know I'll like something for sure. And like you said, we'll know soon enough. At this rate, they may start shipping in the next three weeks!

I dunno know, Teals, they gotta go to the replicator first, and then back to them....
Maybe if they get them done and on the way, we might see them before
