Listing the weights

Thank you very much for listing the weights in the new series on the mix and match menu. I often set up my weights before bed the night before, and always have to go through the actual work-out to figure out what I need. Now I can just go to this screen and get all my weights out. Well done!
 
Yes, thank you! I'm very excited to hear more about the premixes tomorrow. I can tell already that so much thought and work is going into this series. The blog updates always get me pumped up even more!!! I always look forward to your new workouts and I always do the pre-sale, but this time I'm REALLY, REALLY looking forward to these workouts! I can't wait to get them.

I'm very happy to hear this. I was doing a non-Cathe weightlifting workout yesterday and was constantly frustrated that the instructor didn't tell me how much she was lifting. It's not that I always lift the same amount as the instructor, but it helps to have a guideline. Cathe is always great about mentioning what she's using, and this idea is even better

Now THIS feature is what's pushing me over the edge:D! That and the great premixes, esp. the weights first premixes. So far, reading the blogs and studying the photos, I haven't seen anything I don't like...thanks a million, Cathe. You've made these so user-friendly:)
