I don't think there is a list (I may be wrong), but they are abbreviations for titles of Cathe's workouts, taking the first letter of each word, so if you know her workouts, they aren't hard to figure out.
Here's a short list of some:
MIC: Maximum Intensity Cardio
LIC: Low Impact Circuit
PH: Power Hour
PLB: Pyramid: Lower Body
PUB: Pyramid: Upper Body
KPC: Kick, Punch and Crunch
BM/Bmax (I refuse to use the former!): Body Max
DM: Drill Max
S&H: Slow and Heavy
PS: Pure Strength
etc.
