Ok, ladies today I am going to start LIS rotation, after STS my clothes doesn't fit any more, I did a metabolic rotation for a month now I'm going to do LIS.

I really like Slide n Glide, the cardio and abs premix. I love the way that workout really helped lift and shape my butt:p I also love Afterburn and Athletic Training. I don't do the Tri sets too often, but when I do the legs one, I forget how great it works the lower body even though there is no real heavy lifting.
 
I've also been doing the LIS/ICE rotation. Im loving it, and also had forgotten how great this series is.

Did slide & Glide the other day in its entirety and really enjoyed it. I hadn't done the whole work in years.

Personal LIS help me before to lose weight, and this serie is my favorite, second Hiit, tird Xtrain, and I do have more series but this one's work for me.
