Just wondering what you all think - has anyone done a few of the LIS workouts during your rest week from a Mesocycle in STS? I'm specifically thinking of Cardio Supersets, Afterburn or Athletic Training.
I did CSS, but DID NOT use any weight whatsoever. I still got a great little cardio workout . It was very tempting to lay off the weights, but I listened to Cathe and the other STS veterans and put those babies on hold!
My recovery week cardio was mostly steady state and walking. I'm glad I took that week to be kind to my body. I felt fresh, rejuvenated and ready to rock n' roll with Meso 2
