LIS CHECK IN

I am starting the LIS rotation and would like to check in for motivation and accountability. :D

Anyway, tonight was AB. Oh boy...it was tough!!

Hope I can move to tomorrow.

I'm doing the LIS rotation from November 2011-is that the one you're doing?

I have been "stuck" with my weight for months and months. I looked back at my food diary and my workout history, and saw that that month was my best. I lost 7 pounds in November! I had happened to have done Cardio Supersets yesterday, so I did LIC this morning and plan to keep it going. So I didn't start at the very beginning, but I plan to follow it until the NJ RT at the end of next month. Hopefully I will be going there at least 7 pounds slimmer! :eek:

Yes, I am doing the November rotation and mixing it up with Bob Harper.

You going to NJ roadtrip?? That is so cool. Maybe some day I will get to attend one of them. Hehe...

Good morning Sreinga!

Today is an "off" day from LIS and is just cardio. I just got a new spin bike so I will be spinning and then doing some abs from Ab Circuits.

I am lucky enough to work from home so I usually get my workout started between 10am and 11am. I find it is the best time of day for my energy level.

Let's burn some calories today!

Ugh!! My workout was a bust last night. It was too hot to do anything. Need to get me an air conditioner!! ASAP....

Well, today plan is CSS from yesterday and a 2 mile walk.

I have Tri Sets Upper Body on tap for this morning sometime. I also hope to get an outdoor bike ride in later, but it will depend on how hot it is.

I just got my spin bike and yesterday was my first time using it. It's a ProForm 590 SPX and I really like it a lot!

I hope the heat holds off so you can get your exercise in today!

Good morning! Did you get Turbo Barre in last night?

It was a cardio day for me, so I did spinning in the morning and then an outdoor bike ride last night.

Today is Slide N Glide cardio and Pyramid Upper Body (for a change of pace instead of Tri Sets). :D

Lol!! No. I didn't do turbo barre. I ended up with JM 30 Day Shred Level One and Killer Buns and Thighs.

Well, Today I started the new workout CrossFire: Timesaver Plyo and Tabata 35 minutes. Boy oh boy.....it a goodies!!!;););)

Guess this month I will be doing the July rotation.

I"m not really following a rotation but will be doing the two new ones a lot before the road trip in a few weeks. I just finished some of Cross Fire for the first time and am in love! I did #8, the circuit blast, plus the firewalker tabata and stretch. I wanted to do the whole thing, but I am cycling on the trail tonight (later when it's "only" in the mid 80s) so I didn't want to fry my legs too bad.

Love these! I knew I would. :)

sorry jill for the confustion. no i am still doing this check in but only add on the july rotation. as you can see, due to my work schedule i havent been able to workout much.

i am gald to have to along with me. i truly appreciated the company.

Tonight workout was To The Max! BOY OH BOY!!! I hope I can move tomorrow. :eek: :eek: :eek: :eek:

I did the whole workout minus the step. It was too much for me. :confused: :confused: :confused: Not much of a step person. Oh...next time I will start with the core....

Good morning! I did To The Max on Tuesday for the first time,the whole thing. I didn't do the bonus tabata discs-the rest was enough. I was wiped out!

Started my day today with a 9 mile bike ride around town. That might be it for me as I have a lot going on with work today.
