I stumbled on this link last night and although I'd have to modify most of the recipes, being vegan, I thought that there were some great ideas here for smaller 50/30/20 balanced meals throughout the day. And I know that many of use aim for this kind of eating pattern. I thought it might be helpful for eating ideas, especially if you are feeling in a rut lately =-) Each recipe has about 300 calories and the nutrional breakdown is right there.
