Belinda, I used to do that premix from After burn a lot. Now I look at it and think how tough it is and do something else. It is a long one. If I remember right there is some places where it is a bit one sided when some areas are repeated? I really do like the two Suzanne Bowen workouts that I have. The bounce one is a bit complicated for me though because she uses the bar on her Jump sport for strength work and my bar on the urban rebounder is not stable enough. I have set up the Fit Tower for it with some weight plates to hold it down, (someone else had been doing this and it does work) It is just a lot of work to set up. I hear there is a new bounce workout coming out. I should look at some other ones. besides bounce. I normally try to do at least a quick check in, but the last few days have just occupied pretty much every moment of my time.
