I can't wait to try that Oh My Glutes Live. It looks great. Has the snow cleared up? We've had rain, which has assisted with the melting process. But, of course, we did get some random flakes today. Thankfully it's too warm to stick.
Tom! Hair of the dog!?!? Have you resorted to drinking during your leg day workouts? LOL. I think you can do core work on your "rest day." Nothing wrong with that. Just don't get crazy and do some bench work or pushups.
Crazy week. Glad it's Saturday. I did UB on Thursday (can't remember the title, yeah one of those weeks...); I did a Fitness Blender Cardio + Abs HiiT yesterday; I did Metabolic Burn Live today. A good mix of workouts for the week. I like it when that happens!
