Back and bi day. 4sets of chin ups, 3 sets of pullovers, 3 sets of 1 arm cable pulls, 3 sets dumbbell curls, 3 sets of conc curls and 1 set of ladder curls. Only took about 45 min and even though I dropped weight on the bi stuff, the bis were fried! After back work they are pre exhausted but wow, I couldn't believe how worked they felt!
