Good Morning Commandos! DS2 bought a condo at Daytona Beach so we are going there Wed for about 5 days therefore I had to bump my sched up... sooo..... today was chest and tri and it was a good one! The weight felt about 20# lighter than the last chest day , not sure why but I guess not everyday is a good day. I did 12 sets of bench and went 20# higher than last time and did more reps at heavier poundage??? After flat bench I did 2 sets of incline but these were a little rough on the shoulder so I stopped after the 2nd set and finished chest with 3 sets of rom isos. I swear I could smell "baked pec" after these! Great finishers, like flys but with continuous resistence. For tris I did 4 sets of pushdowns, 2 sets of skullcrushers(gotta be careful with these at the end of a tough workout to avoid facial disfigurement) and a final set of kickbacks.
