LIC Feedback???

Hello All,
I have really been getting into circuits lately, trying to work up to the new workouts(still haven't even opened them). Anyway, just wondering about LIC? It looks pretty challenging and fun, I have all the others in that series except that one. I have been doing the Bootcamp premix off of BM2 A LOT lately, I LOVE IT, looking for a similar challenge with lots of premix options. Thanks!
 
I absolutely LOVE LIC. This is the one I always do from this series. It has great premixes. It even has a bonus stability ab workout on this DVD. Only equipment used is a step, resistance band, 5 pound dumb bells and a 20 pound barbell.

Are you kidding? This awesome workout includes one of the only step workouts I have actually mastered!:7

Great workout, so worth every penny.
 
I LOVE LIC! I have to force myself to do other workouts, or I would do this one all the time. The ab portion is my favorite of all Cathe's ab routines.
 
One for my all time FAVS, definitely get it. Prior to LIC, BM2 was my favorite step cardio. I feel sure you will love it.
 
Here's another vote for getting LIC! It's a lot of fun, but also a great challenge. You might also like Drill Max, which is so much fun, too!

I like it a lot, and I LOVE the cardio premix. As far as the circuit goes, I prefer ones with heavier weights, and I think the leg exercises are too light. The upper body work is outstanding, though.
 
LIC Timesaver premix is my favorite cardio. I love how Cathe works the waist. If you touch the step or toes like Cathe says you will be feeling it as my obliques have been sore after finishing the cardio. There are great premixes also!! A must have workout in my book. Peggy
