LIC Cardio Premix

I started doing LIC cardio premix a couple of months ago, and I have to say that it's become one of my favorite cardio workouts! It's just about perfect as far as intensity and recovery go. I get my heart rate up, then the next segment helps bring it down before boosting it back up into high gear again.

What a pleasant cardio experience! I find myself almost laughing at certain points because I'm enjoying it so much.
 
I LOVE LIC! I just learned all the steps and havent tried the premixes yet,ummmm,might do that one soon!

p.s The music is so much fun!
 
I am another fan of the LIC cardio premix. It is short, but intense.

And the music and choregrapy are great!
 
I enjoy it, especially when my body demands a break from high impact. The intensity is still there, even without the jumps. And if you want a longer workout, use the All-Blast Add-on premix at the end. It's a lot of fun!
 
Yep, this is one of my very favorites for sure. It is not too long-any cardio workout longer than 45 minutes gets tedious and I start losing focus, same with the weights! Plus this workout gets your heartrate up there without totally thrashing your joints-gotta love it.:)
