levitation lifts

Cathe, how can I learn to do the levitation lifts? I have extremely long arms so even if I place my hands on yoga blocks I still can't lift my body up. let alone hold my legs straight out in front? I would love to be able to do these moves. Do you have any suggestions?

I don't know if this will help in your circumstance but I do them with an armchair. I sit cross legged in the armchair put my hands on the arms and lift up my body from there. It works for me.

I have the P90X push-up bars/habdles and they helped me a lot for the levitation hold. I can follow Cathe for the crossed legged ones as well as 1 good straight legs. It's just enough for me to do it. I tried from my fingers but no can do.
