Veggie, but I also love mushroom and/or spinach.


White pizza in my area is:

Olive oil, ricotta cheese, garlic and then some more garlic and mozzarella and spices. It is actually very good, but sooo fattening.

I voted for veggie but I am not a fan of spinach. Not a big fan of mushrooms either but I can pick those off. Do we need to decide what toppings for the veggie pizza's? Or is there just going to be a variety?:9
 
Shelley's veggie pizza sounds sooo good.

My fav veggie pizza is spinach, diced tomatoes, artichokes, feta and mozarella - no pizza sauce, just brush the crust with olive oil and throw the toppings on. It's fabulous! :D :9
 
I'm a pizza purist. After living south of the Mason Dixon line for 7 years without a good pizza to be had for miles & miles, I learned to enjoy the simple things in life. :) Just plain old cheese pizza for me.

BTW for those of you who've never had Jersey pizza you're in for a real treat. It's interesting how pizza is really a regional thing. Like, I would never even consider having a deep dish pizza. Jersey shore pizza has an extremely thin, crispy crust, but inland it's more doughy. Midwest it seems to be more crust than cheese & sauce. In California it's got lots of weird stuff on it. Sometimes a rose isn't just a rose. :+

*gasp* *grabs chest in pain* WHAT?? You would NEVER consider having a deep dish pizza??? Where are my Chicago gals to back me up here? Ain't NOTHIN' like a good ol' Chicago deep dish pizza. All the cheese... all the crust... all the toppings inside all the gooey cheese... mmmmm... *drool* :9

You wouldn't even THINK about trying one? tsk, tsk, tsk... such a pity. ;)

YUM!!! I'll second that!! Deep Dish pizza is awwwwwwwwesome!!!!

I live in Boston and white pizza is a rarity here. I always love coming home to Jersey to get some (and sicilian - they don't really have that here either!)

Like I said, it's a regional thing. And I think we all love most what we grew up with. :)

Well, I didn't grow up in Chicago, or anywhere near. But boy do I love deep dish pizza! ;)

I like all pizza and will eat whatever happens to be delivered!

I was surprised that nobody mentioned pineapple and ham pizza though! YUMMY!
