If you are looking for plain yogurt I got one that gives you the most bang for your nutrition buck. Unfortunatly they are a bit pricier than others but so worth it (anywhere form 1.69-1.99), I cannot eat other yogurts anymore. Its the "greek" style yogurt. The company name if FAGE Total yogurt. There are a few different kinds. The regular one I stay away from as it has 20g fat but you can either get the 0% fat or 2%. The 2% is my favorite as it packs 8g carbs, 4g fat and a whopping 17g protein in one 7 oz. container. Thats a great serving of protein for a small snack. Greek style yogurt is already strained so the texture is so thick that if you turn the container over it will not fall out, making it more filiing too. I either put in a splenda or add some fresh strawberries. I'm addicted! I have actually gone from store to store to find it. The only Supermarket I have seen it in so far is Stop & Shop and not all of them just a select few and most if not all gourmet/natural markerts should carry it.
let me know if you get it, curious to see your opinion on it
Edited to add: you will find it with the other yogurts in gourmet shops but in Stop & Shop you find it where the gourmet cheeses are, usually in one of those middle floating isles that are common to all the markets, near the deli counters.
