Lets talk Hardcore series!!!

What has been your most improved fitness factor from this series?

Weightloss....
Definition......
Strength gains.....
Body fat% reduction.......
Cardiovascular conditioning..........
Flexibility....

Please let me know - I am dying to get this series and want to know what types of results you guys have been seeing!
 
For me it has been definition, my abs are getting defined, strength gain, body fat reduction, cardiovasular conditioning and flexibility. I have not lost pounds but that is because fat weights less than muscle, so as I gain muscle and lose some fat, the scale may even show that I gain weight, but I take muscle mass any day of the week. I wear a size 2 in pants and I am 44 yrs. old, not bad, ha, ha, ha.
I would highly recomend this series.
 
I am coming off of a 3 week rotation of this series and the most improved fitness factor from the hardcore series for me is Definition.

I was at the beach the other day and a high school girl asked if I was an aerobic instructor. Bring in my forties that felt good.

I won't get my Hardcore series until Christmas this year - but as you can tell, I am chomping at the bit to know what this has improved for everyone and if its just been a super fun series!!
 
For me the biggest improvement has been caridovascular followed by strenght. I love this series, but for me the Body Blast and Intense series are more fun.
 
Definitely definition. I haven't done all the cardio workouts yet, and I can see myself improving in that area once I master IMAX 3, but I have seen incredible strength gains and people have commented on my muscular definition since I've been sticking to a Gym Style rotation. :)
