Good Morning All!!

PC & CA done :) I posted in yesterday's thread as to my weekend workouts & FT results in case you all are interested. It's a hectic morning getting back into the swing of things after vacation, but PC & CA at least got my endorphins going to help me push through. Happy Hump Day!!
 
good morning. not feeling up to insanity today. i really want to do a leg workout so i'm going to do M1W1 legs and then a 30 min run. just don't feel like running myself into the ground today. i will definately do insanity tomorrow.
 
I'm back to Insanity!!!! Yeah!!!

I did CPR this morning. I am picking up with week 1 since my last Insanity workout was last Tues. I will do weights tomorrow and then PC tomorrow and Plyo on Sat. This should put on track for next week.

Jennifer, I will check your results later. I have some work drama today.
Kariev, sorry you are not feeling 100%. Glad you are still able to squeeze in a workout.

Great job improving your numbers on your second fit test!! Feels good doesn't it? :D

kariev, I know how you feel about not wanting to run yourself into the ground. I'm coming down with a cold so I slept in this morning and just did a 10 minute moderate walk on the treadmill.

Since this was such a short week for me anyway, I will probably take it easy and start week 2 again next week (minus the fit test). Since I only have 5 days available to workout next week anyway.

Colleen, Are you doing your own weight work, or following a DVD?

No INSANITY for me today. :( I have a sciatic nerve which likes to flare up on occasion and today was one of those occasions.:mad: A couple good cracks from the chiropractor and it's feeling better.
I also had to take my daughter to get her wisdom teeth out this afternoon. Yikes!
Tomorrow is another daughter's trip to the dentist for some *restorations* I guess that's the PC word for fillings now! LOL!
I'm going to try and get Day 3 in before we go. Long runs scheduled for Friday and Saturday but I will try to get in Cardio Recovery.
I'm disappointed I haven't been able to follow the schedule, but life is crazy right now. One daughter moves into her apt. at college next weekend, the other on the 21st. So I guess I'll fit in what I can for now and then get serious about the rotation once everyone is settled in to a school routine!

Jennifer, great numbers on the fit test. It is so gratifying to see improvement in such a short time, isn't it.
kariev, i hope you feel better tomorrow. You are a wise one to listen to your body and give it the break from insanity it needs.

Today was CPR for me and I actually reached the puke point during the last set of intervals. I ate a protein bar about an hour before and I guess it didn't settle well.That is a mistake I won't repeat again!! I waited about an hour and then did weights and plates from ab circuits, so I feel like I got a great workout.

Hi! It's a late check in for me, but I'm finally getting around to it!

I did Cardio Power and Resistance today for the first time. It makes me chuckle that there's a workout with the acronym CPR.

I found this workout less insane than Plyo Cardio Circuit, but a challenge none-the-less. One of these days I'll have to actually watch the videos and see if anyone in the cast has to take breaks like I do.

I was happy with how well I did today. My hr got up to 97%, with the average being 81%. 467cals burned in 40mins. Decent.

I did STS Disc 14, Legs, as soon as I was done Insanity. My legs were not feeling the love for the first circuit, but they eventually caught up. I previewed Cardio Recovery for tomorrow, and may be regretting the extra leg work today. It's stretching based, yes, but those squats and lunges don't look pleasant.
