Hi! It's a late check in for me, but I'm finally getting around to it!
I did Cardio Power and Resistance today for the first time. It makes me chuckle that there's a workout with the acronym CPR.
I found this workout less insane than Plyo Cardio Circuit, but a challenge none-the-less. One of these days I'll have to actually watch the videos and see if anyone in the cast has to take breaks like I do.
I was happy with how well I did today. My hr got up to 97%, with the average being 81%. 467cals burned in 40mins. Decent.
I did STS Disc 14, Legs, as soon as I was done Insanity. My legs were not feeling the love for the first circuit, but they eventually caught up. I previewed Cardio Recovery for tomorrow, and may be regretting the extra leg work today. It's stretching based, yes, but those squats and lunges don't look pleasant.
