Good Morning All!!
Pure Cardio - done (WooHoo!!). I've been dreading this workout and Shaun got me a bit scared when he started talking in the beginning about how nervous he was about the workout. I should have previewed this workout because I thought we were going to go through another round of the exercises and I was thrilled when we did not Call me crazy, but this may end up being one of my favorite workouts from this series (I'm right there with you, Dela) I liked it
Aveggiegirl - not sure what to suggest for a tough warmup aside from a few minutes on the TM, sorry I'm not that creative. I'm surprised not to see Fit44 either, she definitely helped encourage my interest in this series.
Iseefitpeople - yep, those squat pulses in CR are brutal, but I guess there is a purposes for them
Ffte - not sure if you have left for camping yet, but have a great time and we will be waiting to hear about your great workouts - how's that for motivation
