The mid age spread has never been more uptight after conquering your cardio shock STS MMA fusion! I can tell right away the muffin top is melting away! Will you be filming additional MMA workouts? I absolutely love these for the core!

Hi Cathe :D

I'll be attending the RT in Glassboro this summer (first time-so excited!) but I'm a bit scared about being able to keep up. What would you recommend I do over the next few months in order to be up to snuff for the RT? I'm so worried I'll miss out on the fun:confused:

Good morning from snowy Nova Scotia. I am looking at buying the Hiit DVD( and others during the March sale ) and am worried about doing some of the very high impact moves. Any ideas on how to modify some of them and still get the heart rate up? I have some ideas of my own, but your input would be great. Thanks. I am having a bit of a weight creep-up over the winter and want to stop it.

Also, I am on week 2 of the 3 month transformation rotation and so far, only seeing my weight go up.... yikes. Muscle? Confused metabolism? I guess this is two or more questions, isn't it? ha ha.

Thanks for all of your amazing workouts! You have really healped me with my continued weight loss. I have a question.... I run on the treadmill every morning and do different DVD's in the evening. In your opinion...is treadmill or elliptical a better form of cardio? Should I stick with one form or alternate? What is the best for overall weight loss? I have lost 39.2 pounds and need to lose a few more. Your advise would be greatly appreciated. Thanks again and have a wonderful day!

I was wondering will you make a new intermediate rotation. I need to lose weight. I been using ur dvd for 6 months now.. i did begginer and intermidiate rotation you had on here. I have purchased a lot of your dvds. I just feel some days that i work it is hard to do hard intensity everyday. So would like a new rotation to transition me into doing the more advanced rotations. Sometimes i see a rotation and i just know i couldnt keep that up for four weeks. Like mayb have high intensity two or three times a week with lower intensity mixed in... i dont know i feel lost. I hav IMAaX2 n i love it. Bootcamp love. 4 ds i have IMAX3 that is overwhelming. I have BM2 MM LICircuit. I love all your work .. i have alot more. Just lost on how to use them for maximum benifit. Im 42.. have osteo already so really focusing on health. I need to hurry n lose because i have arthrtis in knees n back so it would b easier im sure on my joints. I have the low impact searies as well. And low max .... thanks Cathe. I know u r so busy. Just hope u can keep that thought for some of us

Hoping u will see this Cathe its an old post but still got same issues. Hoping u can come up with an intermediate weight loss rotation...I'm kinda advanced but still intermediate on a lot.
