Let's chat about the filming of the new workouts

Hi Trixoo!

Thank you so much for you special words.

As far as new DVD content and the creative process goes, sometimes I have an idea that is so swollen with content that I can't wait to film it. Other times I have the idea but it still needs something. I like to make my workouts reflect that of what the current fitness trends are but still remain true to my signature style in the process. If an idea is overflowing in my head I can film/be prepared for a new DVD within a week of talking about it. But generally it takes two to four months from an idea in my brain to standing on the set with the cast trained and ready.

Cathe -

Thanks so much for your response! That's fascinating. I would have guessed it would take longer, but maybe that's because my creative process is so disorganized things take much longer to fall into place (my work isn't anything like yours, except that I also constantly push to be on the leading edge or, even better, the leader).

Sometimes I have real breakthroughs while working out, so thank you for that, too! Okay, off to do the first disc of STS Meso 2. Woo hoo! :)

I see that you saw a post explaining the tabatta and Hiit drills. Do you have any further questions about it.

Would you please let us know what equipment is needed for the new programs? The program descriptions call for "basic fitness equipment" and it is unclear what that includes. Also, I wonder what tabatta drills (mentioned in a recent posting) are.
Thanks.

Thanks, Cathe, for your reply on the low impact mods. I LOVE the idea of having the demos on Cathe TV. That'll really help us in the creaky knees club! Ha ha.

Hi Cathe! I don't have a question. I just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate your workouts. I have never stuck to an exercise pattern until I found you two years ago. I can only imagine the shape I would be in today if I had found you earlier.

I missed being able to see you in Chicago but am saving my dough to come to Glassboro.

Thanks again for getting me excited to workout!

Oops, i forgot to tell you about the music being used for my newest workouts. It is all "top 40" remixed music. You will recognize each one if you are a reguular top 40 listener. If you don't it's only beccause we had our own origianl lyrics created for licensing and legal reasons.

Hi Cathe -

So incredibly excited for the new workouts!

Can you tell us a bit about the music you're using in the workouts? Also, I know there will e premises, but in enteral, how long is each workout (I realize you're not done editing and it could change, but what have you planned for?)

Thanks!

Thanks for your kind post. I hope to meet you on our next roadtrip!
