That's because it's brand-spankin' new. It's one of the workouts everyone is so excited about in Cathe's Shock Cardio Series. From what I understand, the downloads for the series will not be available until April.
I don't know the level of conditioning you have but that Core Circuit Workout doesn't appear to require much equipment. It looks like a butt kicker though.
Kick, Punch and Crunch (KPC) is one of my favorite workouts so you definitely can't go wrong with that one. It's paired with Legs and Glutes (on the DVD) which does require some equipment. If you order it as a download though, you'll only get the KPC workout.
