What is the difference between Legs & Glutes and GS Legs?
I want to train myself to have nice, firm, lifted & round "back" but not too big, firm & slim legs, so I am looking for something that can help me to achieve my goal.
I already have Legs & Glutes, but when I was searching through the forum, I see a lot of people also liked GS Legs. I already invested a lot in Cathe's DVDs and others (P90X), and I would like to know if I could avoid purchasing GS legs. Or is there anything else you recommend to get for my behind?
By the way, should I do heavy weights but less reps, or light weight but more reps (12 - 15?) to get to my goal? How much weight is heavy/ light?
