I did the entire work out today 51 min (440 cals burned I think). Anyway the curtsy lunges are hard to do. I'm always off balance and feel my front knee is in a dangerous position. And those explosive lunges....:eek:

My glutes are still tight. It hurts just sitting here typing this. Great work out.

I don't know why but I always forget about L&G! Thanks for the reminder, I'll have to give it a go soon :D
 
Congrats! I am doing it tommorow. I have had it for a few months but still did not have a chance to do it. I hope its as fun as Butts and Gutts.Lol! I know what ever Cathe has is great.
 
I, too, like Legs and Glutes. Cathe's mood and energy are super fun in this one! The floor work really gets me in this one. It's a fun workout and the time flies!
