legs are getting leaner

Hi all,

I have to share this with people who will understand.
In the last 3 weeks or so I have noticed much less fat on
my thighs and even the upper outer "saddlebag" area is firmer
and there is a "dent" forming where fat used to be!!!
This is very motivating for me since I carry stubborn fat on
my lower body and have never had this type of definition in my life (I am 45 years old). I think my recent purchases of legs and glutes and cardio coach which I use 3 to 4 times per week have made the difference. I was actually afraid to do all of legs and glutes but the time goes by fast and I really love that workout. I keep the weights light though.

Cindy thats so cool! If ya listen real closely you can here the catheites rumbling through stacks of workouts to pull out good ol' L&G!
 
YAY CINDY!!! Great job keep it up:) Did you get the indents and defintion right next to your knee? That used to be my Moms trouble spot too.

Hi Adri,

No indents next to my knees YET but that area has slimmed down recently too and it is another stubborn area for me. Right now my only indents are upper outer thigh, glute area.
