It's funny you should post that because I wore my heart rate monitor for this workout today and my heart rate didn't go down below 145 for most of the first 20mins - you know all the stepping off the high step with weights, explosive lunges etc. Sometimes it was as high as 170. When I do ordinary step I reckon to be around 135-145 in the step segments so I would say it is pretty aerobic for the first part. It drops down for the standing leg work and floor work as you would expect. It's a great workout.

HI!Thank you for responding so quickly.I agree at times it seems to be anaerobic.I shall include this with my cardio count for the week.I aim for 5 hours a week.Sadly(no excuses)it doesnt work that way.
