Hi Shaz, You haven't tried L&G?? It's a lot of fun and an excellent workout. I have been using this workout consistently the last couple of weeks. I am seeing results already. My quads if felt were getting a little too big, for example, it I wore a straight fitting skirt, it would be a little too snug around my quads. Not that I'm a big person by any means, I wear a girls 14 Slim jean. However, there was, and still is a bit, a big difference between my quads and hamstrings ~ what hamstrings? Mine are kind of flat. So the results I'm seeing is my quads have gone down, I don’t think it's so much fat loss, I think it's reshaping my muscle, and I have more definition. The only modification I do in L&G is the one legged squat w/ 3lb heel lift ~ because having you heel lifted puts more emphasis on your quads. The one legged deadlifts really emphasize your upper hamstring/lower glute, plus lower back. It's tough, but fun too! The weights that are used are really light so you wont "bulk" ~ like the "hulk".
