Absolutely, join us whenever you're ready. In fact, when I start on Monday, I may be doing only Weeks 9-13, so I'll already be months ahead of everyone else ;)

Are you going to use a bar for the pull/chin ups, or take the band option?

I didn't know there was a band option, so I already purchased a chin up bar. I'm a little intimidated, but I'm going to go for it! So, I plan to start on April 9th. I'll just keep doing Cathe until then. My goal is to lose 15 pounds! If I lose 15 pounds I will be the thinnest I've been since jr. high. I'm going to Jamaica in July and I am determined to be one HOT MAMA! :7
If you don't mind, I will still check in with all of you until my stuff gets here. Just for extra motivation!

Towards the end of my 1st P90x rotation I added weights to every exercise even those that Tony didn't use weight for.

I'm presently doing another P90x rotation and have been substituting L&B for Butt and Gutts every other time. I'm in love with that workout for lower body.
