Leg Presses--Forget About Them!

Hello Cathe,

I just did High Step Training Advanced. After reading many posts about this DVD I was really dreading the leg presses. But it wasn't the leg presses that got me. It was the Hoover Squats and Sit and Stands. I think my body left the building. Those were the hardest ever. Especially after all the leg presses. But I looked forward to the leg presses after doing the hoover squats and sit and stands. They seemed easy then.

And thanks for throwing in all the pushups. I think my arms and chest are done. I loved the new stuff using the high step at 8 inches. And the music was terrific. Once again Cathe you have made an excellent workout that I can do at home and know that nothing I could do at a gym would work me out better.

You are the best. I am so looking forward to STS. It is going to take all of us to the next level of fitness. There has been alot of complaining going on lately about the new Series. I wish everyone would relax and realize that STS is going to be the best ever. One reason and one reason only---you are Cathe!!! I have faith that whatever you put out will get the job done. Without question.

God bless,
Heather

Hi Heather, I loved your comment:
That your body left the building.
My husband and I did this workout on Tuesday, and my husband ended up leaving the basement. Well he did most of it.
But could not totally finish.

I did this workout for the first time a couple of days ago and I gave up on the leg presses after round two after my body left the buiding.

I like the "twitching" feeling in the thights doing the hover (sp?) squats. It feels funny going up and down steps the rest of the day. No pain, no gain:)
