Leg Press Question

Hi, Cathe. I've been doing your workouts for quite some time now. However, last week I invested in PUB/PLB and the CTX series. I am doing the lower body rotation this month.

My question is that I was previewing leaner legs. On those leg presses, you come down with a straight leg that's rather stiff and on all the others, the back leg comes down bent. It one way working out the leg more or better, or did you just change your form?
 
Hi Sjm! When both legs are equally bent, both legs get used (the front leg being more glutes and hamstring and the back more quad and hip flexor). When the back leg trails a bit more, it puts a little more stress on the front leg to carry more of the load :)
