Hi Cathe,
I have a question about one of the moves in the leg conditioning drills in LBB.
When you bend your leg and lift it to the side, you tell us to try to keep the heel slightly above the knee. I am finding this very difficult to do properly - my knee is much higher than my heel. Is this just a matter of practice makes perfect? Do you have any suggestions on how to achieve proper form on this move?
Thanks!
BTW - I have to thank you SO much for the Rock Bottoms rotation. I honestly wasn't sure if I'd be able to get through this rotation, but I'm into the third week and feel great, and I notice a major difference in my body. Thank-you!!
