I believe it might be.
Unless you are prepared to just buy LL alone on VHS from Cathe or unless you can find the CTX DVD on ebay or another forum at a used price.
But you know, you can make your own Leaner Legs with the tapes you already have. Take for example, POwer Hour and MIS: if you did the leg section of PH followed by the leg session from MIS, that would be the equivalent of Leaner Legs, in my view, because similar number of reps, similar poundage used. The trick to LL is that Cathe never stops, just bounces from one exercise to the next, alternatively hitting the quads,then hamstrings and glutes, then back to the quads again. So when you do these two back to back, just keep the rest time brief, brief, brief and use that 35 pound barbell all the way through!
So if you can't fork out right now and can't use VHS and can't find it on ebay, this might be your way to go.
