Over the past months I've been mostly doing GS Legs, Legs & Glutes, ME lower body, and badly neglecting Leaner Legs. So today I dusted it off and brought it out!
Well it kicked my puhtooty! It felt really good to get through it but I know I'll be feeling it over the next couple of days! In fact I think if I sit too long I won't be getting up!
