Leaner Legs - Forgot how tough!

Over the past months I've been mostly doing GS Legs, Legs & Glutes, ME lower body, and badly neglecting Leaner Legs. So today I dusted it off and brought it out!

Well it kicked my puhtooty! It felt really good to get through it but I know I'll be feeling it over the next couple of days! In fact I think if I sit too long I won't be getting up! :) :)

I did it today too. I went low on weights. I'm coming back after a LONG hiatus. It's a great work out. Hate those sit and squats!
 
Waaaahhhhhhh!! I leant my LL to a friend and haven't had it for a month!! I'm learning if I lend dvds out to copy them first so at least I'll have a copy to use if I need.
