The Feb rotation suggests using the Leaner Legs DVD....which DVD is this? I couldn't find it searching by that title. Thanks - it looks like a GREAT workout!
Thank you! Have you done Leaner Legs? I don't have that cross train express dvd and was thinking that Legs & Glutes from the Body Blast series might be a good sub for that rotation. Appreciate your help.
Hi, yes I do Leaner Legs quite regularly. Legs & Glutes would be a reasonable substitute. If you have Butts & Guts that would be good also. Leaner Legs uses relatively lighter weights & higher reps and has an abs section at the end.
