Leaner Legs and PS Legs

Just wondering the difference between the two...
On another note, I am enjoying me second week of S&H, (3 days on, one off) and I've already noticed a difference in my strength. I highly recommend it to anyone needing to break a plateau!

Leaner Legs is endurance. PS is strength. PS also includes inner/outer thigh work and hamstring work on the floor. I love both of these tapes. Leaner Legs is shorter but tougher in my opinion. Boy is it hard! I personally am glad I have both tapes. P.S. I just finished a S&H rotation and loved it!

Hi Jillybean - I was wondering whether you could share how you used S&H in your rotation. I have just received the DVD and I am really excited about doing it. I am unsure how to use it though (split it with cardio etc.) Thanks a lot.

Although I wanted to focus on strength gains, I also need to lose a bit of weight, so I focused on cardio too. After completing an 8 week rotation of the PS series, I did 3 weeks of the following and loved it:
Sat. S&H L&S
Sun. S&H C&B and CTX All Step (cardio portion only)
Mon. S&H T&B
Tue. Cardio
Wed. CTX Power Circuit and body max upper body
Thu. Cardio
I had more time to workout on the weekends so that is why I did the tapes back to back. A lot of people do S&H this way:
Sat. S&H tape
Sun. Cardio
Mon. S&H tape
Tue. Cardio
Wed. S&H tape
Thu. Cardio
I really liked doing the tapes three days in a row because then the rest of the week I didn't have to mentally focus as hard. I loved the S&H series and can't wait to get back to it. Have fun!

Thanks for that - I'll give the second approach a try and see if it works for me. Oh and have a wonderful holiday.
