Leaner is Meaner!

It's meaner, but it's one of the few leg workouts I can do. Probably because it's shorter than the others, even though it packs a punch!
 
I still can't do Meaner Legs all the way through without pushing pause a couple of times. It's definitely MEAN! haha

How heavy is the barbell you use? (I'm asking everyone, not just the OP).
I usually use about 20 or sometimes 30 lbs.

Last time I did this I just used whatever Cathe used. When I use LL for a while I can work up and increase the weight load.
