I LOVE Grits! I have them 2-3X/week! I just squirt a lil' "I Can't Believe It's Not Butter" spray on them and add a bit of salt and pepper! Yuuum! Fat-free and filling!
I think an occasional frozen entree is ok as part of a clean diet. But they can be very high in sodium and can be highly processed. Read those labels. Keeping it clean is great but we don't have to be slaves to it. Myself, I'll eat ANYTHING whenever I feel like it, but I keep processed foods to a minimum, use lots of fresh herbs and garlic for flavor. I love olive oil for my fat and I keep things as simple as possible with the best ingredients I can get my hands on! Anything in moderation is fine. Keep it in balance and plan ahead!

Hi, you guys! Regarding the hydrogenated fat in peanut butter, I read that it is such an inconsequential amount that natural peanut butter and the other kind are nutritionally quite the same. I personally keep the fat since I find the taste more palatable with the fat in. I eat only a couple of tablespoons and feel that is ok. Peanuts are high in polunsaturates and, while not as desirable as monounsaturates, they can be comsumed in moderation.
