Hi Cathe!
I'm completing the February rotation and I am really happy with the results!!! I know in one month I wouldn't have changed my lower body too much but I definetely saw major improvements, pants got looser so something really good has happened! It's the first time in my life that I see rapid changes in a such a short amount of time and I'm so thrilled that I wanted to ask you how long I can go with a rotation like that. I found it really taxing on my body so this month I'm going a bit lighter, but I'd really like to know if I could repeat this every other month or if I will still get good results working legs 2x week and doing every other week a plyo workout (as you suggested days ago) while keeping cardio a bit less intense.
Thank you in advance for your reply and thank you a million for such a great lower body rotation!

I did this rotation along with Ellie, and I also got great results in a short amount of time. I was wondering the same exact thing...

I'm still on the 3 month rotation but I cannot wait to start this one...oh and the new one for March....man, I need more time. :p

Congrats on the results :)

Ellie/Natty -

I am so happy for you both. I am starting that rotation tomorrow but unfortunately I have to really mix up the order just due to my schedule. I can only do long workouts on the weekends (like Bodymax 2) so the only thing I have made sure of is that I don't do do weight work on consecutive days. I will still be doing all the same workouts in a 4 week period. I hope it is successful for me. Wish me luck :)

Ellie - you mention Cathe discussing plyo workouts. Where is that post? I must have missed it.

Congrats again ladies!

Hi Susanzabo!

You know I've looked for that Cathe's post again and can't find it anymore?:( It dates back to the last time she was on the forum to answers questions about the new workouts, the roadtrip and fitness in general (a month ago or even less I think). I remember a Cathlete asked an example of routine to target pear shaped women and Cathe said -if I'm not wrong because I would have liked to check it out and find this old post- to add every other week a workout as Imax2 with plyo movements.
I think she used this criteria to build up the February rotation, anyway just follow it and I'm sure you'll get awesome results!!!be prepared to work hard, but the reward is amazing!Good luck!;)

The March 2012 rotation looks great also! Many of the same DVDs are used, but in a different order. So if you got great results from Feb., continuing with the March 2012 should be just as rewarding. I still have the last week to finish of the February rotation. Noticing a difference also in my pear-shaped lower body. :p
