Just wanted to find out how many of you eat after 8:00 p.m.
I have heard a lot about not eating late at night to loss fat.
I work out first thing in the morning, around 7:30 - 8:00, (considering how early some of you girls work out, I guess it's not first thing in the morning
)
I have dinner at 7:00p.m., which is usually salad, protein and maybe a carb-I tend to eat most carbs during the day.
Then at 8:00p.m. I'll have yogurt, then at 9:00p.m. a glass of milk.
Do you have a cut-off at night when you stopp eating?
