Late getting started in Sept!

Hi everyone! I need some help. Just started the Sept rotation which looks so good to me and noticed that there is upper body work only once/week, provided I read it right;-) Will this cause muscle "de-conditioning" for a whole month? What are you all doing? I am tempted to add one more day of UB/ week. TIA Leslie
 
i am doing additional upper body. this week i will do complete upper body three times and maybe next week i will do a body part split. i have the same concern b/c my chest and triceps were my focus to build stronger and i don't want to lose that definiton i have been getting in my back.i found so far that this rotation can be tweeked to add a little more but then again i have more time for workouts then others so maybe then can give other options.
