Subbed Cardio and Weights for Low Impact Circuit on Monday. I like the familiarity of the step combos and I do sometimes sing "Buttercup" for hours afterwards.
Had dinner out last night instead of exercising, but tonight was planning Turbo Barre. Then I saw Melissa's post about Cardio Leg Blast and now I'm considering that instead.
Lisa, I thought that C & W would have been a good sub for LIC as I did it today. LIC, that is. I'm thinking it might be a CLB kind of day here tomorrow too.
Wound up doing Turbo Barre Wednesday and AOLIH from last week on Thursday. Felt a cold coming on yesterday, but was able to sub in Power Hour for STS Total Body today. Feeling accomplished and hoping I banished the cold!
